Me and my brother are taking part in the Macmillan Darts Marathon for our Grandma, who was recently diagnosed with terminal stage 4 cancer. Our Grandma means the world to us, and seeing her go through this has been incredibly hard for our whole family.

Macmillan has already done so much for her and for us — offering support, kindness, and reassurance during one of the most difficult times we’ve ever faced. Knowing that she isn’t facing this journey alone has meant more than we can put into words.

This marathon is our way of giving something back. It’s our way of saying thank you for the care, compassion, and strength Macmillan provides not just to our Grandma, but to families like ours every single day. Every dart thrown is for her, and for everyone who relies on Macmillan when they need it most.
